Presenza is operated by Presenza Care Pvt. Ltd., registered in Kochi, Kerala, India. This page explains what we collect from you, why, and how to ask us to change or delete it.

What we collect

When you book a visit, we collect: your name and contact number; the patient's name, age, and any medical context you choose to share with us; the hospital, doctor, and date for the visit; and the conversation history with our operations team on WhatsApp or email.

We do not collect payment-card data on our website. Payments are handled through UPI, bank transfer, or your card's issuer directly.

Why we collect it

We use this information to assign and brief a companion, coordinate the visit with the hospital, and share post-visit summaries with you. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Visit records, including summaries and prescription images, are retained for 12 months from the visit date so we can provide continuity for follow-up visits and answer service-quality questions. After 12 months, records are deleted from our active systems.

You may ask us to delete your data sooner by writing to hello@presenza.co.in. We will confirm deletion within 14 days.

Who can see your data

Inside Presenza, only the operations lead and the assigned companion can see the details of a particular visit. Companions sign confidentiality agreements at hire. Records are stored on access-controlled cloud services located in India.

We will share information with hospital staff or emergency services only when it is necessary for your parent's care or required by law.

Cookies & analytics

The website itself does not set tracking cookies. If we add an analytics tool, we will use a privacy-friendly product that does not require a consent banner, and we will list it here.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent for any ongoing communication. To exercise any of these, write to hello@presenza.co.in. We respond within 14 days.

Changes to this notice

When we update this page, we change the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to active customers on WhatsApp or by email before they take effect.
