How do I communicate with the companion?

The companion has your WhatsApp number 24 hours before the visit. They update you in real-time during the visit. You can call them anytime if you need to - they are always reachable.

What if there is an emergency during the visit?

Our companion alerts hospital staff immediately, calls emergency services if needed, and notifies you on WhatsApp. A senior operations lead supervises every visit live. You are never left wondering what is happening.

What language will the summary be in?

You choose. English, Malayalam, Hindi, or Tamil. The summary is sent in your parent's language or your language - whatever works best for your family.

Can I request a specific companion for all future visits?

Yes. After the first visit, you can request the same companion every time. This builds familiarity and trust. If they are not available, we tell you 24 hours in advance and assign someone of equal experience.

How far in advance do I need to book?
