Can I request a specific companion?▼
Absolutely. After your first visit, you can request the same companion every time. If they're available, we'll match them. If not, we'll tell you 24 hours in advance and assign a senior companion of similar profile. Consistency builds trust.
What if my parent needs to cancel or reschedule?▼
Cancellation is free up to 6 hours before the visit. Within 6 hours, a partial fee applies (we've already assigned the companion). Within 1 hour, the full visit is charged. Rescheduling is always free, subject to availability.
Do you operate on weekends and evenings?▼
Yes. We operate 7 days a week between 7 AM and 8 PM. For visits outside this window, contact us—we'll usually accommodate with a small after-hours surcharge communicated upfront.
