On Wednesday morning, the companion arrives at your parent's home 30 minutes before the appointment. They travel together to Ruby Hall, navigate check-in, sit throughout the appointment, listen carefully to what the cardiologist says, ask clarifying questions, take detailed notes, photograph the prescription, and confirm the follow-up appointment date.
When the appointment ends, the companion brings your parent safely home. Within 30 minutes, you receive a WhatsApp summary: what the doctor said, what medication was prescribed, what the next steps are, and any observations from the companion about how your parent is doing.

Pricing
Presence is affordable. A typical hospital visit companion costs Rs. 1,500-2,500 depending on the hospital, the location, and the time involved. This is less than a full day with a cab driver. For families making multiple appointments per month, we offer recurring packages at discounted rates. If your parent has a standing monthly appointment, you might pay Rs. 4,000-5,000 per month for all four visits - less than Rs. 1,300 per visit.
